Using the 'special relationship' with the company, please can the club establish the underwriters of the  3 year warranties with TVR Engineering. The recent annoucement that TVR power will provide Engine warranties, somewhat confuses me...Are TVR paying for it???, Or is TVR Power??? Where do the dealers stand???  The annoucement has been made via the Club so I would expect them to clarify....Thankyou

I had some warranty work carried out last Friday at Power. It was business as usual. Fault found, call to the factory, warranty claim confirmed, job done, no problems. So, yes, TVR are paying.

Keith,

That news item was copied directly from the press release that we received from Dom at TVR Power.  I called TVR today but both of the people I needed to clarify the situation were out of office.  I will try later in the week for you.

Thanks very much Ralph, I'm sure a lot of members with warranties are concerned at the moment, and it would be appreciated if the Club could help in sorting it  out , rather than a number of individuals asking the same questions.  Thumbs Up

I have just come off the phone with David Oxley and he has confirmed that warranties remain with TVR.  TVR Power will be undertaking the warranty work as indeed they have done in the past.

Thanks for that Ralph, I had wrongly assumed that the Blackpool Engine build staff had done the rebuilds on Speed 6 engines...Keith
