The TVRCC gets into the Olympic spirit by our own version of the torch relay - we will be transporting a stick of Blackpool rock around the country through all the regions, starting in Blackpool on 7 July and ending at ROCKingham on 19 August where it will finish with a parade lap of the circuit driven by one of our race drivers.
This year's visit to Bespoke Performance in Ware for our annual TVRCC open-day was blessed with near perfect weather. Over 50+ TVRs from various regions came to visit over the day keeping the staff from Bespoke very busy with both catering and chatting. Graeme and Skippy were kept occupied the entire day offering technical advice and putting cars up on ramps, whilst Mark and Martin were similarly being put through their paces greeting everyone and showing folks around the workshop.
All in all, a fantastic day out - both socially and drawing on the technical expertise of Bespoke staff! Thanks everyone at Bespoke Performance for putting on such an excellent event for us - yet again - and everyone else for coming and making the day the great success that it was!
On the 6th of May, TVRs from a number of local regions attended the Duxford spring car show at the Imperial War Museum. We all had a great day out going around both the car show and the museum itself - which is huge!
On the 16th of April, 50 or so TVR car club members descended on the Morgan Sports car factory in Malvern in order to see how some of the other classic British sport car makers ply their trade.

Knebworth classic car show is something of a tradition for the Herts and Beds area and this year was their 21st birthday, so we all went along again to help celebrate.
The event itself runs over two days during the bank holiday weekend and as a club presence is desired on both days, we split up between us who would be going on which day. All in all, about 25-30 TVRs went over the two days, with the majority attending on the Monday.
The event was well attended by lots of other clubs and private cars, so gave us lots of things to look at during the day making it a great event as per usual!
