After heavy overnight rain and some errant sheep forced the organisers of the Battle of the Sixes to modify their plans at the last minute, the event proceeded extremely well with a host of TVRs, both Speed Six powered and non Speed Six spending the day at Loton Park in Shropshire to support the TVRCC Speed Championship as they powered their way up the challenging hillclimb course.

We were pleased that Speed Championship organiser, Steve Cox, could finally be presented with the Scott Moncrieff Trophy for 2006 for his efforts in promoting TVR motorsport.

Special thanks must go to Hampshire RO Paul Woodburn without whose dedication and inspiration this event would probably never have happened.

Here are some of the photos taken by members at the event.  Thanks to Colin Samson, Owen Dobson and Paul Woodburn.
